Go digital without giving away your customers.
Nexq is for local businesses that want to take orders online, run a queue and keep their regulars, without handing the customer relationship to someone else, replacing their till, or paying a percentage of every sale to a platform. Nexq takes 0%.
01Why Nexq exists
Going online shouldn't cost you the customer.
A local shop that wants online orders usually gets offered two routes. A marketplace brings new customers, but it keeps the relationship and can take a share of each order. A point-of-sale add-on can mean changing the till. Nexq is a third route: your own link, next to the till you have, with a customer list you keep.
02What we hold to
Three things Nexq will not ask of you.
Your customers stay yours
Customers order or join on your own link, under your name. The customer list is yours. Nexq never markets to your customers itself: they hear from you, and only if they opted in.
Keep your till
Nexq runs next to the till you already use. Customers pay at your counter, the way they do today. Nothing to migrate and no hardware to buy.
0% of your sales
Nexq takes no commission and adds no markup: customers pay your prices, to you. What Nexq charges is a plan, and the free plan stays free.

03Who it's for
Shops where customers collect or wait.
Nexq runs on two mechanics: order ahead and collect, or a walk-in queue. These are the trades it is set up for today.
Order ahead and collect
Walk-in queue
04Clear edges
What Nexq is not.
- Not a marketplace
- Customers come to your link, not to a list of your competitors.
- Not a till
- Nexq does not replace your point of sale, and does not connect to it either.
- Not an app
- Customers use the browser already on their phone. Nothing to download.
