Your Nexq subscription is a flat monthly fee. Payment-processing fees, where applicable, are charged separately by your payment provider.
Not sure which plan fits?
- No markup on your prices. You set what you charge and Nexq never changes it. Nothing of ours is added to your customer's total — no service fee, no booking fee, no percentage, no Nexq line on their receipt.
- Stripe handles the card. Anything you pay Nexq for bills through Stripe, PCI-DSS Level 1 certified. Nexq never stores your card number, and the Free plan never asks for one.
- A$0 is the real price. Not a trial that lapses. The Free plan stays free, and we give at least 30 days' notice before any price change — it's in the Business Terms.
- Nothing bills without you. The Free plan is the one to start on today. Anything paid is chosen by you, from inside the portal.
- No lock-in. No minimum term, no exit fee. We never sell your customer data or market to your list.

What you get, what you need, and what Nexq doesn’t do
These hold on every plan, including the free one. We would rather you find the limits here than after you’ve paid.

One location included
Your first shop is included on every plan, free ones as well. Running more than one? Add a location slot for A$15 a month each — Stripe prorates it to your billing cycle, so adding one mid-month costs the part-month, not the month.

Unlimited orders, products and services
No cap on how many customers join the queue or place an order, and no cap on how many products or services you list. A busy Saturday costs the same as a quiet Tuesday. Nothing here is metered, so nothing here can surprise you on an invoice.

No hardware to buy
Nexq runs in a browser on the phone, tablet or laptop you already own. There is nothing to install, no terminal to lease and no proprietary device — staff sign in to the Staff Portal with their own PIN, and customers use their own phones.

Online card payment isn’t switched on yet
Today customers pay at your counter, as they do now. When online card payment opens, you connect your own Stripe account first — a short onboarding with Stripe, who verify your business details directly. Money goes to your account, not ours. Standard Stripe processing fees apply and are charged by Stripe under their own pricing. Queue, orders and everything else work without it.

Nexq currently adds no platform fee per transaction — you pay your plan, and payment-processing fees, where applicable, are charged separately by your payment provider. We will give at least 30 days’ notice before that changes, the same as for any price change; the Business Terms say so in writing.

Works with the till you already have
Nexq sits alongside your existing point of sale, or runs on its own for queue and order management. Nothing has to be migrated and no existing system has to be switched off to try it.
- Not included
Not a full POS, accounting or inventory system
Nexq does the customer-facing half: the queue, the order, the loyalty card, the notification. It is not a complete point-of-sale replacement, it does not do your books, and it does not track stock levels. If you need those, keep the system that does them — Nexq is designed to run beside it.
