The most useful marketing list is the people who already bought from you. Nexq builds it as you trade: customers can tick a box to hear from you when they order or join your queue, and you can email them an offer or news from your admin.
Building the list
- The box to hear from you is shown when a customer orders or joins, and is unticked by default
- Customers who do not tick it are never emailed a campaign
- Every campaign email has an unsubscribe link, and an unsubscribe is honoured on every later send
Sending a campaign
- Write the email: an offer, a new item, holiday hours
- Preview exactly what customers will receive before you send
- Send it; Nexq sends it on your shop's behalf and tells you whether it was delivered
What it is not
Nexq sends email only. It does not rent you an audience or send to people who never bought from you.
