A digital stamp card does what the paper one did, without the lost cards or the stamp in the drawer. You set the rule; customers collect stamps on their phone as they are served, and redeem the reward at checkout.
Setting up the card
- Choose how many purchases earn the reward, such as buy 9, get the 10th free
- Choose the reward: a free item, a percentage off or an amount off
- Describe it in your own words; that is what customers see
What customers see
- Their card on their phone, with how many stamps they have and how many to go
- A stamp added when their order or visit is completed
- Before a reward is used at checkout, a one-time code sent to their email confirms it is theirs
What you see
Your customer list shows each customer's visits and stamps, so you know who your regulars are. The customer list and loyalty are part of paid plans; the plans are shown below.
