Nexq does not replace your till. Orders and queue places arrive on the Nexq board; when the customer collects, you take payment the way you do today, on Square or whatever you already use.
How the two sit together
- Nexq handles the order, the queue and the customer relationship
- Your till handles the payment, as it does now
- Nothing to migrate, and no new hardware
What Nexq does not do today
- It does not connect to Square or any other till, so orders are not sent to your till automatically
- It does not take card payments online
