A QR code on your counter or door opens your own ordering page in the customer's phone browser. They choose, place the order and collect it from you. There is no app for them to download and nothing for you to install.
What the customer does
- Points their camera at the QR code on your door, counter or table
- Your storefront opens in their browser, with your menu and prices
- They choose items and options (milk, size, extras) and place the order
- Their phone shows the order's progress and tells them when it is ready
- They pay at your counter when they collect
What you do
- Print the QR poster from the Customer QR page in your Nexq admin
- Watch orders arrive on your order board as New, then move them to Preparing and Ready
- Hand the order over and take payment on the till you already use
Table ordering
If customers sit down, dine-in ordering lets them order from the table they are sitting at. It is part of a paid plan; the plan is shown below.
