A virtual queue is a place in line that lives on your phone. You join from the shop's QR code or link, see your place and an estimated wait, and wait wherever you like until it is nearly your turn.
Joining
- Scan the QR code at the shop, or open the link the shop shared
- Enter your name and choose what you are there for
- There is no app to download; it runs in your phone's browser
While you wait
- Your page shows your place in the queue, how many are ahead of you and an estimated wait
- It updates as the queue moves
- You can be notified when it is nearly your turn and when it is your turn
What the shop gets
The shop gets your name and the contact you give it, to run your visit and any rewards card the shop runs. It emails you about offers only if you tick the box to hear from it, and every such email has an unsubscribe link.
