A walk-in queue works when everyone can see it: the client on their phone, and every barber on one board. Clients join from your QR or link; your team calls them in from the board.
On the board
- Waiting, In progress and History, with how long each client has waited
- Who each client is with: "Serving with Theo", or no barber preference
- Add a walk-in who would rather not use their phone
- Skip a turn or remove a client, without losing the rest of the queue
Your team
- Each barber signs in with their own PIN
- Add your services with their prices and times
- Copy the join link for Instagram and Google, and print the QR for the door and the mirror
What clients see
Their place, how many are ahead and an estimated wait, updated as the queue moves, with a notification when it is nearly their turn. Nothing to download.
